Spring Rotation

The spring rotations run for 10 to 12 weeks, beginning in mid-February and running until May. Meetings focusing on strengthening and empowering girl participants. Workouts bring girls “out of their box.” Areas that workshops focus on include self-love and respect, kindness to ourselves and other, learning coping skills, developing inner strength, and recognizing and building healthy relationships. Developing leadership techniques and skills is stressed during rotation workshops.

The fall rotations run for 8 to 10 weeks, beginning in August and running until September. Meetings focusing on strengthening and empowering girl participants. monthly meet-up

Monthly Meet-ups are a great way to “test out” Bring It. During off season months, meetings are held to keep girls connected to other girls, allow spring and fall girls to interact, and for new girls to experience the connection that is Bring It. Workouts are still geared towards out of the box experiences. Workshops are less structured and allow girls to feel comfortable in having open conversations.

Empowerment sessions

Let Bring It come to you! These 2-hour empowering session utilize some of the aspects in our spring & fall programs. Sessions are set up for any girl group between 10—30 girls. This could be a sports team, a summer camp, or mentoring group. Sessions includes a 1 hour workout for any fitness level and a 1 hour workshop/activity geared towards areas of self-love/value, how to uplift and support yourself & other girls, and learning coping skills for the difficult times.
