Parent Testimony

“BEFORE enrolling my daughter in the Bring It program...we knew there was something missing in her. She was unhappy, depressed, anxious, and she didn't know her own self-worth. AFTER a few sessions of Bring It, she began to look forward to it, even though each time she had to do things that made her uncomfortable. Two years later, she is thriving. She's back to giving her signature hugs. Socially, she's not only making new friends through the program, but learning how to make new friends in other areas of her life, as well as to stand up for herself when needed. She brightens the room like she did when she was small, before the world got into her head. I'm so thankful for everyone at Bring It-Push It-Own It for all they do every day for our girls. Thank you for leading our little girl in finding herself again.”

  • Bring It Push It Own It is a Nonprofit founded in 2013. The organization began when the founder saw the struggles that her teenage daughter was experiencing with bullies, relationships, sports and school she decided that she had to do something to change the narrative on self image, mental/ physical and social health in our next generation of women. Since 2013 we have expanded our impact by 300% to women, adaptive, and co-ed community outreach along with our newest initiative "Beyond the Athlete". Each sector of our programming addresses the alarming rise in mental health & overall wellness struggles across the board in the community.
