Mom & Daughter Unfiltered Retreat

 Our mission is to empower mothers and daughters to strengthen their bond through the shared experience of navigating the challenging pre-teen and teenage years.

We will provide a safe, fun and supportive environment where moms and daughters can explore their feelings and experiences, improve their communication, and develop a stronger, more authentic relationship. We use a variety of approaches, including mindfulness, expressive arts, workshops/connection activities and other practices that promote overall well-being. Our in-person retreats are designed to provide a holistic approach to healing and growth. We also provide opportunities for moms and daughters to have fun and be silly together, as we believe that joy and playfulness are essential to building strong bonds.
